In London last week (first time since my op) for a meeting about Rosewood Little Dix Bay, in the British Virgin Islands. The luxurious hideaway resort  has recently enjoyed a refurbishment including the addition of Sense, its stunning new spa. Definitely on my ‘must see’ list of dream destinations!

While in London, I also had a first peek at the Dorchester’s new spa, which opened in May and is as glam and luxurious as you’d expect!
